On Demand

As leaders in senior living and the DME world, we juggle making a lot of people happy. Residents, employees, family members, and hopefully, ourselves. But with everything and everyone changing, how can we make sure both our external customers and our internal customers are happy? Is it possible to incorporate techniques to keep both of them at your community? Now more than ever, we need to be able to lead in a way that satisfies both, because without one, we won’t have the other. And without both, we won’t be successful.

This is a recording of the webinar that took place November 8, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CDT.

Registrations for this event are non-refundable.
